Njord Gear - Defective watch that I just purchased from Njord

I had just purchased the watch a couple of weeks ago. I didn't even wear it that often.

Last week, I was wearing the watch, and I simply just reached into my mailbox and bumped the watch on the side of the mailbox, and the face of the watch literally became dislodged.

I have reached out to Nordstrom on several occasions and have not received a response. So now, hopefully, I get a response this time.

Defective watch

Njord Gear - Defective watch

I only had the watch for approximately 2 weeks until the face just fell off, and I only had worn it about 4 times. Shortly after that happened, I started to try to get ahold of anyone at NJORD GEAR customer support services and left countless attempts to get a response from them, which has been futile.

This is nonsense; not to get any sort of acknowledgment from this corrupt company, and the reason I say that is because they pretty much stole $140.00 from me. Unethical.

I have not gotten to watch, so I can't really rate the watch, but so far, the customer service is poor. It would be a lot better if you could talk to a person, an actual live person.

Faulty watch

This company is a sham!!! And corrupt!!!

They will not respond back over a faulty product after over a week of emailing trying to call it goes straight to a recording saying they cant answer any calls. Ive called in the morning, afternoon and at night and the same recording also I have left countless tries to let them do the right thing and they just ignore all emails.

There is no customer service at all!!! Disappointed Angry

They never got back to me only last week I sent email and they replied it's gonna be shipped soon but never was no tracking number or nothing.They scammed me of 203 CAD from me worst company ever.Im getting the Better business bureau to look after this.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Seems left hand wasn't talking to right hand, items were EVENTUALLY shipped and tracking information was provided after being told they couldn't provide said information

By Far the worst company and customer service I have ever had. All they care about is getting your money and after that Screw the customer.

They just don't care !!!

Wouldn't surprise me if the reviews are all false. About what I would expect from Njord Gear.

Sent my watch back for a refund with tracking number, which was delivered on March 8, and I'm still waiting for a refund. I have contacted Dannie at customer service 5 times now, and they are no longer replying to my inquiries. Can you please tell me when I can expect a refund on the 100% guaranteed refund and the 63.97 that I had to pay to send it back?

Horrible Company

I ordered a watch on 3/15/25 and immediately tried to cancel the order because they charged me twice the posted price. Customer service is nonexistent.

I tried both email and phone, which always goes to email. They finally emailed me, saying they no longer did phone calls. I have followed the return procedure, but they have not responded. Words fail me as to how bad this company is.

I have tried to file a complaint with BBB in Montreal, but so far no success. If anyone has an idea, please share with all. I would give them a negative number if possible. This company is deplorable.

Avoid at all costs. Do not do business with Njord.

I'm *** pissed for being scamed

Placed an order to get the njord indestructible watch and still after one to two weeks I have not received a tracking number or email stating it's been sent! Complete scam!!!

I have tried emailing and calling to either get a refund or the actual watch but neither has happened and nothing has been done. Not happy at all!!!
