Njord Gear SCAMMERS
Never, and I mean NEVER buy anything from Njord Gear. Never
I ordered a watch in August 2025. I have never gotten it.
I have never gotten a refund. And for the last 8+ months, I don't even get a response. I have reached out by email probably 20 times now with no response. I cannot call because the phone numbers don't work.
I can send the order email and all the others.
I've tried reaching out on Facebook and any other social media sites. Until I get the watch or my money back, I will continue to warn people this company is a scam.

I appreciate it if you can find out what happened and send the purchase, or please refund my money. Thank you.

Not willing to help me with my broken watch and spot replying my emails
I have been told multiple times that the lifetime warranty is no longer available but on every email for your guys product I get it says on the bottom of the email lifetime warranty. I've been trying to get warranty on my watch up broke and I don't remember the order number and I can't find it.

Warranty

I called and just had to leave a voicemail. Ill be surprised if they get back to me.
I have submitted an on line warranty claim earlier in the week but havent heard anything.
I purchased the watch about two months ago.
It took about six weeks to get it and during that time I submitted a few on line requests for tracking and they never responded to any of those requests. The watch is actually a nice watch but the customer service is non existent.

Will Not Honor Warranty

Watch stopped working after less than 2 months and no damage. After multiple emails, I got a reply asking for a picture of it not working, so I sent it. A month later, I got another email asking for a video of the watch plugged in, pressing the button.
